The power supply system for the automation
The SITOP PSU8600 power supply system offers full integration into automation systems – via PROFINET in Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) or via Industrial Ethernet with open communication in OPC UA. Operational data is recorded and can therefore provide diagnostic and maintenance information. With its unique functionality and communication capability, the SITOP PSU8600 power supply system is an ideal entry point into the digital enterprise.
Complex facilities place high demands on the efficiency, flexibility, and reliability of their components. The innovative SITOP PSU8600 power supply system satisfies them all – thanks to its unique functionality, diagnostic capability, full integration in TIA, open communication networks, and modular expandability.
The SITOP power supply system includes the basic SITOP PSU8600 units, the SITOP CNX8600 expansion units, the SITOP BUF8600 buffer modules, and the SITOP UPS8600 UPS module with BAT8600 battery modules.
The modular system toolbox can be fully integrated into automation landscapes and the Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal). Communication via the Ethernet/PROFINET or OPC UA interface is easy. In addition to its operating and monitoring processes, you can use the SITOP Manager to set parameters. Use the integrated web server for remote access.

SITOP PSU8200
The technology power supply for demanding solutions
SITOP PSU8200 is ideal for complex plants and machines. The wide-range input allows it to be connected to any supply system and also to withstand large voltage fluctuations. The power boost briefly delivers up to three times the rated current. And in the event of an overload, you can choose between constant current with automatic restart or latching shutdown. The high degree of efficiency reduces energy consumption, while the compact metal enclosure saves space.

With award-winning industrial design, space-saving width, optimized terminals, comprehensive diagnostic options, and high operational reliability: SITOP PSU6200 is the extremely high-performance power supply for 12, 24 and 48 V standard applications. The power supply units offer comprehensive functions and features for focused diagnostics, fast installation, and dependable operation. The new 3-phase power supplies 24 V/40 A and 48 V/20 A now also supply applications with up to 960 watts nominal power.

SITOP smart is the optimal power supply for many 24-V and 12-V applications, featuring compact design, powerful performance, and low price. SITOP compact was developed to be an extremely space-saving power supply for the lower power range. It is especially suited to distributed applications in control boxes and in small control cabinets. Its high efficiency over the entire load range and low no-load loss make it exceptionally efficient. It is ideal for applications that are often in standby mode.
SITOP DC/DC converters
SITOP DC/DC converters – for a stable power supply despite a fluctuating DC voltage
A SITOP DC/DC converter can be used as a “refresher” – in other words, this module guarantees a reliable power supply to a remote load when bridging long distances. At the same time, a SITOP DC/DC converter serves as a stabilizer: If the power supply is unstable, it stabilizes it in the downstream feeder. This type of module is ideal for use with battery-powered devices, where the battery’s output voltage can vary depending on its charge status. A SITOP DC/DC converter ensures a stable 24 V DC supply to connected loads, such as a control unit (CPU).
Typical DC/DC converter applications:
- Refreshing DC voltage when bridging long distances
